Mental training

My name is Erika Kitana and I am a CBT therapist, trained at the Swedish Institute for CBT and Schema therapy. I have always been interested in different ways of human behaviour and I have a Bachelor of Social Science with a Major in Social Anthropology at the University of Stockholm.
For several years I worked with media and communication for various companies and TV channels. I am passionate about how we communicate with each other and how we connect. What interests me the most is how we can connect to ourselves, beyond unhealthy stress and experience life with greater conscious presence.
Mindfulness and Yoga have been keystones throughout my journey. I wish that more people could understand the power that exist in our breath and experience what happens when we get present, beyond judgement and worry.
In all my assignments, I use CBT, Schema Therapy, Yoga and Mindfulness as different tools to reach the change you are looking for.
